Another fixed aluminum plate is dragged by a trolley with a polyester film strip to limit the extent of the thread. Using the felt's rotation and the linear motion of the trolley, consistent-width threaded textures are created on the aluminum plate's surface.
Cross Brushing: It is generally processed in a brushing machine or streaking machine. The aluminum plate passes through two sets of roller wheels, forming cross patterns on its surface.
