1xxx1 grade aluminium alloy1xxx series with low density. The specific gravity of pure aluminum is 2.71. Under the same volume, the weight of the 1 series aluminum plate is only 35% of iron.
High-purity aluminum (aluminum content above 99.9%) is mainly used in scientific experiments, chemical industry, chemical equipment, inland watercraft equipment, various containers (wine tanks, pressure tanks, tea stoves, etc.), conductive materials, chemical equipment, Instruments and meters, signs (equipment signs, road signs, motor vehicle license plates, etc.), building decoration materials, hardware cooking utensils, machine parts with little force. It is applied to products that do not require high strength, such as chemical instruments, thin-sheet processed parts, deep-drawn or spinning concave vessels, welded parts, heat exchangers, clock surfaces and disc surfaces, nameplates, kitchenware, decorations, reflective appliances, etc.
2xxx2 grade aluminium alloyThe 2xxx series are heat-treatable,and possess in individual alloys good combinations of high strength (especially at elevated temperatures),toughness,and,in specific cases, weldability;they are not resistant to atmospheric corrosion,and so are usually painted or clad in such exposures.2xxx aluminium is mainly used in applications requiring high strength and hardness (including high temperature). Aircraft heavy, forged, thick and extruded materials, wheels and structural components, first stage fuel tank and spacecraft parts of multi-stage rocket, truck frame and suspension system parts.
3xxx3 grade aluminium alloy3XXX series are AL-Mn series alloys, which are the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working methods are used to improve its mechanical properties. : High plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity during semi-cold work hardening, low plasticity during cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability. Uses are mainly used for low-load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability and work in liquid or gaseous media, such as mailboxes, gasoline or lubricating oil pipes, various liquid containers and other small-load parts made by deep drawing: The wire used to make rivets 3XXX series aluminum plate has good formability, weldability and corrosion resistance. 5xxx5 grade aluminium alloyThe main ingredient of 5 series aluminum alloy is magnesium element and the content is between 3% and 5%.
